WELL-BEING PROGRAMS

Balancing calories involves ensuring that the number of calories you consume aligns with your energy expenditure. This is useful for managing weight loss, weight maintenance, or weight gain. Sessions will include: Calculating your basal metabolic rate (bmr) and total daily energy expenditure (tdee) to know how many calories you need per day based on your activity level. Using app tools and journaling to keep track of what you eat and how many calories are in your meal. Learn effective strategy to attain and maintain a healthy weight .

CALORIC MANAGEMENT

Research shows that physical activity can boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality, and reduce the risk of stress. Get moving with cardio exercises, strength training, balancing, and flexibility exercises. We will establish a personalized physical activity plan and set realistic goals.

Healthy aging involves maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being as you grow older. Healthy aging can decrease the risk of chronic disease and injury as you age. Session will include mental engagement activities, stretching, and core stability. You will learn stratagies that will promote a healthy lifestye throughout the aging process.

Holistic herbal remedies focus on using natural plants and herbs to promote wellness. Incorporating various herbs into your diet can contribute to overall health and well-being. In this session, we will get familiar with natural herbal remedies and their benefits.

Adequate sleep enhances your attentiveness, concentration, mood and motivation. Maintaining a regular circadian rhythm is crucial for physical and mental health. In this session, we will find your circadian rhythm; practice relaxation techniques; and get tips on ways to get a good nights sleep.

Research shows that intermediate fasting is a way to manage your weight and prevent, or even reverse some forms of disease such as high blood pressure, inflammation, high cholesterol, diabetes and more. The session will help you to identify what you’re consuming and avoiding additives, preservatives, or allergens. I also include tips on how to read and understand food labels effectively.

STRETCH
THERAPY SESSION

Helps improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being through a therapeutic approach of various stretching techniques. These techniques can promote relaxation and can help reduce stress levels. Stretch therapy can be beneficial for both physical and mental health. Sessions will include, holding a stretch in a position for a period of time, stretching a targeted muscle group, alleviating tension and reducing discomfort in tight muscles, guided stretching.

MINDFULNESS
THERAPY SESSION

Helps individuals develop a greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a non-judgmental way. Our therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness practices to enhance mental health and emotional well-being. Our aim is to change negative thought patterns that contributes to emotional distress. Mindfulness therapy can help decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression by fostering a more balanced emotional state and promoting relaxation. Sessions will include mindfulness meditations, mindful breathing, positive self talk, body scan, emotion awareness, nature observation.

SPIRITUAL HEALING
THERAPY SESSION

Integrative approach that seeks to promote healing and well-being by addressing the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected components. Our holistic view can lead to a more comprehensive understanding of your healing needs. The aim is to create balance and harmony within yourself that will provide a sense of purpose and belonging which can be comforting during difficult times. Engaging in spiritual healing can deepen your understanding of yourself, your beliefs, and your emotional patterns, promoting personal growth. Sessions will include, Working on releasing past traumas, negative beliefs, or emotion by cultivating a more balanced and realistic perspective. The goal is to find balance, establish boundaries, reset priorities, self reflect and create adjustments.
